Custom made boards using only the best hardwoods that have been purchased locally. All woods have been responsibly sourced never using endangered or protected hardwoods.
All boards are 100% food safe using only food safe products. No stains or dyes are used, the beauty you see in the wood is its own natural beauty. The highest quality waterproof and food safe glues are used, then treated with a mineral oil based oil to bring out the beauty of the wood. To finish off a coat of board butter (wax) is rubbed in and buffed to give it long lasting protection. Finally rubber feet are attached to the bottom surface to protect your counter tops, the board, and to allow air flow under after cleaning. All boards come with care instructions to help ensure your board will last for years to come.
All boards are handmade one at a time, no batching is done. These handcrafted boards have attention to the details and show in their craftsmanship. Boards are durable enough to use and striking enough to display. If properly taken care of these boards will last generations and be worthy of handing down.
